ULOGA GASTRONOMIJE U EKONOMSKOM RAZVOJU CRNE GORE: STAVOVI ZAPOSLENIH U TURIZMU KROZ PRIZMU OBRAZOVANJA I SEKTORSKE POZICIJE
Sažetak
Gastronomija je odavno prepoznata kao razvojna komponenta turizma, jer povezuje kulturni identitet destinacije sa ekonomskim efektima na lokalnu zajednicu. Predmet ovog istraživanja je analiza uloge gastronomije u ekonomskom razvoju Crne Gore, sa posebnim akcentom na stavove zaposlenih u turizmu i ugostiteljstvu. Cilj istraživanja bio je da se utvrdi u kojoj meri zaposleni prepoznaju gastronomske potencijale kao faktor ekonomskog razvoja, kao i da se ispitaju razlike u stavovima u zavisnosti od njihovog nivoa i oblasti obrazovanja, kao i mesta rada i radne pozicije. Istraživanje je sprovedeno na teritoriji Crne Gore tokom letnje sezone 2025. godine, a podaci su prikupljeni putem anketnog upitnika. Rezultati pokazuju da zaposleni prepoznaju ekonomski značaj gastronomije. Istraživanjem uočen je značajan uticaj obrazovanja i radnog okruženja zaposlenih na razumevanje ove teme, čime se kroz istraživanje istakla potreba za jačim povezivanjem gastronomije u tuirizmu i obrazovanje.
