ZNAČAJ PET-FRENDLY KONCEPTA U RAZVOJU SAVREMENOG HOTELIJERSTVA I TURIZMA

Sažetak


: Usluge prilagođene kućnim ljubimcima postaju sve značajniji segment hotelske ponude, kako na globalnom, tako i na domaćem tržištu. U doslovnom smislu pet-friendly znači biti prijateljski nastrojen ka kućnim ljubimcima. U praktičnom i poslovnom jeziku izraz pet-friendly označava prijem i ugošćavanje kućnih ljubimaca u nekom objektu, a termin se najčešće koristi kada se govori o hotelijerstvu i ugostiteljstvu. U savremenim uslovima razvoja turizma i ugostiteljstva, potreba za adaptacijom hotelskih usluga u skladu sa promenljivim obrascima ponašanja korisnika postaje sve izraženija. Jedan od rastućih trendova u Srbiji, ali i u globalnom kontekstu, jeste porast interesovanja putnika za mogućnost putovanja sa kućnim ljubimcima.  Cilj ovog rada jeste da se predstavi percepcija korisnika hotela u Srbiji koji omogućavaju boravak sa kućnim ljubimcima.
