ТЕРИТОРИЈАЛНА АУТОНОМИЈА У ЕВРОПСКИМ ДЕМОКРАТИЈАМА: СЛУЧАЈ ФАРСКИХ ОСТРВА
Sažetak
У раду је анализирана политичка и територијална аутономија Фарских Острва у оквиру Данског Краљевства. Након уводног дела, изложена су основна обележја теоријског концепта територијалне аутономије. Следи кратак приказ еволуције статуса Фарских Острва, која су вековима била норвешка и данска колонија, да би од средине прошлог века стекла аутономни статус у оквиру Данског Краљевства. Централни део рада представља анализа правних норми којима је уређена фарска аутономија, посебно Акта о самоуправи Фарских острва из 1948. године и два акта из 2005. године – Акта о спољној политици Фарских Острва и Акта о преузимању надлежности. Након тога је изложена тренутна политичка ситуација на Фарским Острвима, која је упоређена са тренутном ситуацијом на Гренланду, другој аутономној територији у оквиру Данског Краљевства. У закључним разматрањима су сумирани резултати истраживања и понуђени одговори на отворена правна и политичка питања.
