Programi ruskih preduzeća usmereni na porodice zaposlenih: analiza sadržaja zasnovana na podacima EKD rejtinga
Sažetak
Cilj ovog istraživanja jeste da ispita karakteristike korporativnih programa podrške porodicama zaposlenih i njihove regionalne specifičnosti. Istraživanje je sprovedeno u Rusiji u periodu april–maj 2025. godine. Sprovedena je analiza sadržaja podataka iz EKD (engl. EPS) rejtinga preduzeća (182 preduzeća iz 48 regiona). Rezultati pokazuju da preduzeća uglavnom sprovode univerzalne mere, kao što su jednokratne finansijske naknade i korporativni događaji, dok su sveobuhvatni dugoročni programi znatno manje zastupljeni. Najviši nivoi angažovanosti uočeni su u Centralnom i Privolžskom federalnom okrugu, pri čemu velika preduzeća pokazuju veću sklonost za usvajanje ovakvih praksi. Ovi rezultati pružaju empirijsku osnovu za procenu aktuelnog stanja korporativne demografske politike i za identifikovanje potencijalnih pravaca njene institucionalizacije i daljeg razvoja.
