УЛОГА ПОРОДИЦЕ У КОГНИТИВНОМ РАЗВОЈУ ДЕЦЕ

Sažetak
У овом раду разматра се улога породице у когнитивном развоју деце, с посебним фокусом на различите факторе који обликују овај процес. Разматрају се теоријски оквири који објашњавају како економски статус породице, родитељска укљученост, квалитет односа родитељ-дете и социо-емоционална подршка утичу на когнитивни развој деце. На основу теорије економских инвестиција, разматрано је како родитељи користе ресурсе као што су време, образовање и активности у слободном времену да би унапредили когнитивне способности своје деце. Истраживања су показала да деца из породица са вишим економским статусом и бољим родитељским образовањем постижу боље когнитивне резултате, али и да стрес због економских проблема може негативно утицати на развој деце. Теорија афективне везаности истиче значај емоционалне стабилности и сигурности у раним фазама живота за развој когнитивних функција. Такође, значај позитивног родитељства, које се карактерише топлином, подршком и ненасилним методама дисциплине, има пресудан утицај на развој интелектуалних и социјалних способности деце. Закључује се да породично окружење, као и активности које родитељи спроводе са децом, играју кључну улогу у формирању стимулативног контекста за когнитивни развој, те је континуирана подршка и укљученост родитеља од суштинског значаја за рани развој детета.
