Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
- The submission file is in Microsoft Word or RTF format.
- Illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end; references are written in a separate section at the end of the paper (even when they are written in footnotes).
- "The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
- If the paper was written within a project financed by the Serbian Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation, both the title and ID of the project is stated in the paper under Acknowledgements.
- Abstracts and keywords are written in two languages (a) Serbian, (b) English;
- Manuscript contains between 6,000-8,000 words of text itself
- I confirm that I am familiar with the ethical principles stated in the respective Journal documents.
- I confirm that I am familiar with the Journal’s open access policy.
- Licence Agreement: The undersigned Author(s) hereby grant to The Review of International Affairs (RIA), ISSN 0486-6096, ISSN online 2955-9030 (hereinafter referred to as the Journal), in case of acceptance for publishing, the right to publish this manuscript, including any tables, illustrations or other material submitted for publication as part of the manuscript (hereinafter referred to as the Article), to be cited as its original publisher in case of reuse, and to distribute it in all forms and media. As regards the Scholarly communication rights: the author(s) retain the copyright in the Article and that no rights in patents, trademarks or other intellectual property rights are transferred to the Journal. As the author(s) of the Article, I/we understand that I/we shall have the same rights to reuse the Article as those allowed to third party users of the Article under the Creative Commons Attribution ShareAlike 4.0 International license (CC BY-SA 4.0) licence. Pertaining to the User rights: The publisher will apply the CC BY-SA 4.0 licence to the Article published in the journal on its online platforms on an Open Access basis.
