Psihofizička priprema trudnica kao faktor uspešnog porođaja
Sažetak
Psihofizička priprema trudnica predstavlja značajan segment prenatalne zdravstvene zaštite koji doprinosi optimalnoj pripremi žene za porođaj sa fizičkog, psihološkog i emocionalnog aspekta. Cilj rada bio je da se analizira uticaj različitih metoda psihofizičke pripreme na ishod trudnoće i porođaja, kao i na postpartalni oporavak majke i prilagođavanje novorođenčeta. U radu su analizirani relevantni naučni radovi objavljeni u periodu od 2014. do 2024. godine, pretraženi putem baza podataka PubMed, Scopus, ScienceDirect i Cochrane Library. Prikazani rezultati ukazuju na to da psihofizička priprema doprinosi smanjenju straha i bola tokom porođaja, povećava osećaj kontrole i zadovoljstva porođajem, smanjuje potrebu za medikamentoznim i hirurškim intervencijama, kao i pojavu postpartalne depresije. Ove intervencije se pokazuju značajnim i sa aspekta babičke prakse, jer omogućavaju kvalitetniju komunikaciju i saradnju između porodilje i zdravstvenog osoblja. Psihofizička priprema trudnica može se posmatrati kao važan faktor uspešnog porođaja i pozitivnog ishoda za majku i dete.
