ПРИСТУП ЗАСНОВАН НА СПОСОБНОСТИМА (CA) У ИНКЛУЗИВНОМ ОБРАЗОВАЊУ: ИНТЕГРАЦИЈА ФАКТОРА КУЛТУРЕ У ОБРАЗОВАЊЕ ЛИЦА СА СМЕТЊАМА У РАЗВОЈУ И ИНВАЛИДИТЕТОМ

Sažetak
У раду се анализира примена приступа заснованог на способностима (СА) у образовању особа са сметњама у развоју и инвалидитетом. Методом анализе садржаја нормативних докумената и научних радова који се баве теоријским оквиром и применом СА, указује се на важност спровођења културно компетентне праксе за инклузију. Листа основних способности има за циљ да осигура минимални праг достојанства, слободе и активног учешћа у друштву за сваку особу, а социјална правда се заснива на томе да сваки грађанин поседује довољну количину основних способности, у складу са дефинисаним културом, историјом и религијом. Потребно је препознати на који начин културне вредности утичу на развој кључних способности у образовању, што захтева интеркултурални дијалог. У контексту српске културе, традиционалне вредности и културна баштина могу имати велики значај у подршци инклузивном образовању. Посебна пажња посвећена је улози традиционалних форми културе, попут кола и музикотерапије, као средства развијања когнитивних способности, социјалних вештина, међусобне повезаности и осећаја припадности особа са сметњама у развоју и инвалидитетом. Зато рад наглашава потребу очувања и интеграције културних ресурса у инклузивно образовање као инструмената за развој способности, неговањe културног идентитета, али и као предуслова борбе против вишеструке дискриминације и постизање социјалне правде.
