ПОДРИВАЊЕ ДЕМОКРАТИЈЕ И НАЦИОНАЛНЕ БЕЗБЕДНОСТИ: ЈАВНА ПОЛИТИКА И ТАЈНО ДЕЛОВАЊЕ САД У ГРЧКОЈ ТОКОМ ХЛАДНОГ РАТА
Sažetak
Предмет рада је политичка пенетрација Сједињених Америчких Држава у Грчку током Хладног рата, с посебним нагласком на место и улогу грчке војске у овом процесу. Циљ истраживања односи се на испитивање, опис и објашњење узрока, modus operandi и последица манипулације политичких система мањих земаља од стране великих сила, нарочито са становишта њиховог потчињавања у положај зависности и устројавања у међународни поредак заснован на подели интересних сфера. Рад истражује предметну појаву синтезом теоријских концепата међународне политике и цивилно-војних односа као најважније институционалне компоненте политике одбране и значајног аспеката политике националне безбедности, уз укрштање метода квалитативне анализе, триангулације и праћења процеса кроз студију случаја. Резултати истраживања показују да су оружане снаге и Централна обавештајна служба Грчке, као објекат политичке пенетрације САД, постале кључни инструменти за одржавање недемократског поретка кроз мешање у политику и редуковање борбене готовости у корист америчких спољнополитичких циљева. Закључци указују на значај јачања институционалних капацитета као неопходних услова за одбрану националног суверенитета и демократије.
