Masaža beba sa oštećenjem vida kao program rane intervencije usmerene na porodicu
Sažetak
Podaci ukazuju na to da postoji konstantan porast broja dece koja se rađaju i žive sa nekim oblikom oštećenja vida, što ukazuje na to da je neophodan kontinuirani stručni rad na osmišljavanju posebnih tretmana, postupaka i praksi koji će imati za cilj podizanje kvaliteta njihovog života i funkcionisanja. Porodice koje imaju dete sa teškoćama u razvoju ili hroničnom bolešću tokom čitavog života susreću se sa vanrednom količinom strepnje, stresa i izazova. Saznanje da će detetu biti potrebna dodatna podrška i da će se možda zauvek razlikovati od druge dece svog uzrasta stavlja porodicu pred niz neočekivanih, nimalo lakih zadataka. Oštećenje vida predstavlja jednu od takvih situacija. U ovom radu biće izneta teorijska razmatranja i pregled dosadašnje literature o masaži beba kao programu podrške koji u populaciji beba sa oštećenjem vida može imati naročit značaj i mogućnostima ovog programa da zadovolji principe ranih intervencija usmerenih na porodicu. Pregled dostupne literature pretraživanjem elektronskih baza podataka dostupnih preko KOBSON servisa, kao i pretraga Google Scholar i Researh Gate servisa. Analiza literature pokazala je da bi se razrađivanje sistema rane intervencije u Srbiji moglo usmeriti i na pretragu lokalnih snaga i mogućnosti u kreiranju usluga namenjenih deci u našoj državi. Otvara se pitanje investiranja u nove, vaninstitucionalne programe namenjene porodicama sa bebama i malom decom.
