Razvojni status dece i poverenje roditelja u vaspitače u inkluzivnom vrtiću

Sažetak


 Uvod: Poverenje predstavlja temelj dobrog partnerskog odnosa između roditelja i vaspitača, a dovodi se u vezu sa nizom pozitivnih ishoda ne samo za dete već i za same roditelje i stručnjake. Cilj: Ovo istraživanje ima za cilj utvrđivanje nivoa poverenja roditelja u vaspitače u inkluzivnom predškolskom okruženju, kao i razlika u nivou poverenja u odnosu na razvojni status deteta. Metode: Uzorkom je obuhvaćeno ukupno 433 roditelja dece koja pohađaju inkluzivne predškolske ustanove. Od ukupnog broja roditelja, 37.2% su roditelji dece sa različitim smetnjama u razvoju. Poverenje roditelja u vaspitače procenjeno je primenom Skale poverenja. Rezultati: Dobijeni rezultati ukazuju na to da roditelji dece sa različitim smetnjama u razvoju imaju nešto niži nivo poverenja u vaspitače od roditelja dece tipičnog razvoja, ali ne i statistički značajno. Značajno niži nivo poverenja registrovan je kod roditelja dece sa višestrukim smetnjama (p ≤ .001). Detaljnijom analizom utvrđeno je da je nivo poverenja roditelja dece sa senzornim smetnjama i sa problemima u domenu emocija i ponašanja sličan nivou poverenja roditelja dece bez teškoća. S druge strane, roditelji dece sa drugim razvojnim teškoćama u velikom procentu pokazuju nizak stepen poverenja u pogledu načina komunikacije vaspitača i podrške pružene razvoju njihove dece. Zaključak: Rezultati ukazuju na to da bi vaspitači trebalo da budu adekvatno obučeni i senzibilisani u prepoznavanju i reagovanju na različite potrebe dece sa smetnjama i njihovih roditelja, kao i u vođenju otvorene i konstruktivne komunikacije sa roditeljima.
