Fenomenologija nasilja u digitalnom prostoru i politički odgovor

Sažetak


Digitalno nasilje je sve učestaliji vid zloupotrebe, olakšan putem društvenih mreža, platformi za poruke i onlajn foruma. Autorke ovog rada istražuju uzroke i fenomenologiju digitalnog nasilja, ističući psihološke, društvene i strukturne pokretače, kao i njegove različite manifestacije, od sajber uhođenja i zlostavljanja zasnovanog na slikama do manipulacije podacima i rodno zasnovanog uznemiravanja na internetu. Poseban naglasak stavljen je na njegov nesrazmerni uticaj na žene i devojčice, kao i na povećanje strukturnih nejednakosti u digitalnim prostorima. U ovom radu digitalno nasilje smešta se u globalni, evropski i srpski kontekst, a autorke se bave zakonskim okvirima i političkim odgovorima, zakonodavstvom EU i nacionalnim inicijativama kao što je platforma „Čuvam te“ u Srbiji. Autorke pozivaju na sveobuhvatne pristupe usredsređene na žrtve, koji objedinjuju zakonsku reformu, digitalnu pismenost, odgovornost institucija i međusektorsku saradnju.
