Sociološki i etički aspekti informisanog pristanka onkološkog pacijenta u pravu Republike Srbije
Sažetak
Informisani pristanak predstavlja odraz lične autonomije i samoodređenja pacijenta u odnosu na predloženu medicinsku meru, gde poseban izazov u kontekstu informisanog pristanka predstavlja oblast onkologije. Cilj rada je interdisciplinarna pravna, sociološka i etička analiza informisanog pristanka onkološkog pacijenta. U radu se analiziraju uslovi punovažnosti informisanog pristanka sa pravnog aspekta, veština komunikacija između lekara i pacijenta, kao i etičke dileme koje se odnose na autonomiju pacijenta u okviru sistema beneficijencije. Zaključeno je da informisani pristanak onkološkog pacijenta može biti smatran suštinski valjanim samo ukoliko su, pored pravnih, ispunjeni i etički i komunikacioni standardi, pri čemu je neophodno prilagoditi informacije individualnim potrebama pacijenta.
