Uticaj primene elastičnih traka u trenažnom procesu košarkaša
Sažetak
Cilj ovog preglednog rada jeste analiza radova koji su se bavili uticajem primene elastičnih traka u trenažnom procesu košarkaša, kao i davanje praktičnog predloga trenažnog programa sa upotrebom elastičnih traka za košarkaše. Uzorak su predstavljali radovi iz elektronskih naučnih baza podataka, ukupno osam radova koji su zadovoljili tražene kriterijume za uključivanje u rad. Rezultati u vidu deskriptivne statistike (antropometrijske karakteristike, pol i uzrast), trajanja i pojedinosti svakog od sprovedenih programa treninga i testova za proveru efekta primene elastičnih traka odabranih studija su prikazani tabelarno. Kod svih analiziranih istraživanja dokazan je pozitivan efekat primene traka na neku od motoričkih sposobnosti košarkaša, što je u skladu sa pretpostavljenim ishodom autora datih radova. S tim u vezi, može se zaključiti da bi elastične trake trebalo da na neki način budu primenjene u okviru trenažnog programa tokom cele godine. U zavisnosti od perioda takmičarske sezone, korišćenje elastične trake se može menjati. Od razvoja maksimalne sile u sadejstvu sa tegovima tokom perioda predsezone, preko individualne primene za razvoj maksimalne brzine pokreta i trčanja, pa sve do napretka i održavanja nivoa specifičnih sposobnosti poput eksplozivne snage u skokovima i brzih promena pravca tokom takmičarskog perioda, može se reći da je primena dosta široka. Preporuka za trenere je integracija elastičnih traka u trenažni program po mogućstvu uz tegove ili samostalno, tokom tri nedeljna treninga, a s obzirom na poznavanje njihovog širokog uticaja, aplikacija u skladu sa specifičnim potrebama pojedinca.
