УПОРЕДНА ПЕРСПЕКТИВА СПОЉНОПОЛИТИЧКОГ ДЕЛОВАЊА КИНЕ У ЦЕНТРАЛНОЈ АЗИЈИ И РЕГИОНУ БАЛКАНА
Sažetak
Кинеско ангажовање у глобалним пословима се значајно интензивирало током последње две деценије, а праћено је њеном растућом економском моћи, као и амбицијама да утиче на редефинисање постојећег међународног поретка. Међу регионима који су привукли пажњу Кине, између осталих Централна Азија и Балкан, јављају се као значајне геополитичке арене где Кина тежи остварењу својих економских, политичких и, у неким случајевима, безбедносних циљева. Иако се ови региони значајно разликују, оба нуде важан увид у механизме, приоритете, прилагодљивост и контекстуалну флексибилност кинеске спољне политике. Рад има за циљ да уочи сличности и разлике у кинеском спољнополитичком ангажовању у ова два региона. У раду се користи упоредни приступ, а компаративни оквир је организован око четири димензије спољнополитичког ангажовања Кине: економска, политичка, безбедносна и социокултурна. Закључци рада указују на то да економско ангажовање представља основу кинеске спољне политике у оба региона, које служи као примарни инструмент утицаја. Међутим, поред ове заједничке особине, Кина прилагођава свој спољнополитички приступ локалним условима. Закључци указују на прагматичну, адаптивну спољну политику која уравнотежује њене глобалне амбиције са регионалним реалностима.
