Paterni kriminalnog ponašanja izvršioca serijskih razbojništava - studija slučaja

Sažetak

Autori u radu ispituju seriju od 24 pljačke koje je izvršio jedan učinilac, koristeći podatke dobijene od Ministarstva unutrašnjih poslova, tačnije od Policijske uprave grada Beograda. Kroz kvalitativnu analizu kriminalne istorije počinioca i njegovog načina delovanja, kao i analizu frekvencije i vremensko-prostorne distribucije, studija pruža sveobuhvatan uvid u obrasce kriminalnog ponašanja. Nalazi otkrivaju jasne preferencije u vezi sa vremenom izvršenja krivičnog dela (večernji sati između 19:00 i 23:00) i određenim mesecima (februar i april), kao i geografske klastere aktivnosti koncentrisane unutar određenih beogradskih opština i ulica. Analiza načina delovanja ističe doslednu upotrebu i planiranih i oportunističkih strategija usmerenih na minimiziranje rizika i maksimiziranje koristi. Rezultati doprinose dubljem razumevanju obrazaca serijskog kriminalnog ponašanja, nudeći i teorijske i praktične okvire za razvoj ciljanih preventivnih i operativnih strategija u policijskoj praksi.
