EuReCa_Srbija 2014.-2023. ANALIZA PRIMENE MERA RESUSCITACIJE PRE, TOKOM I NAKON COVID-19 PANDEMIJE
Sažetak
Uvod: Studija EuReCa Srbija prikuplja podatke o vanbolničkom srčanom zastoju (VBSZ) od 1. oktobra 2014. uključujući i period tokom COVID-19 pandemije. Cilj ovog rada je analiza podataka o VBSZ i njegovim ishodima u odnosu na periode pre, tokom i nakon COVID-19 pandemije.
Materijal i Metode: Studija je uključivala epidemiološke podatke o VBSZ prikupljene putem upitnika EuReCa studije od 2014. do 2023. godine. Podaci o incidenci VBSZ, učestalosti započinjanja/ne-započinjanja mera kardiopulmonalne resuscitacije (KPR), učešću svedoka u njihovom sprovođenju, incidenci šokabilnog inicijalnog srčanog ritma, povratku spontane cirkulacije na mestu zadesa (any ROSC) te prijemu u bolnicu sa ROSC-om prikupljeni su i analizirana je njihova povezanost, kao i trend njihovog kretanja pre, tokom i nakon COVID-19 pandemije u Srbiji.
Rezultati: Tokom perioda COVID-19 pandemije incidenca zabeleženih slučajeva VBSZ bila je 49,23/100000 stanovnika u odnosu na 114,78/100000 pre, odnosno 105,52/100000 nakon pandemije. Incidenca započinjanja KPR mera na 100000 stanovnika je u istim vremenskim periodima bila statistički značajno različita i iznosila je 34,95 pre, 48,14 tokom i 75,20 posle perioda pandemije. Procentualno posmatrano uočeno je smanjenje učestalosti učešća svedoka u sprovođenju mera KPR tokom pandemije (10,03%), u poređenju sa periodom pre (13,13%), dok je značajno povećanje uočeno nakon pandemije (19,56%), ali je uočen trend porasta incidence KPR od strane svedoka na 100000 stanovnika pre, tokom i nakon pandemije (4,59; 4,83 I 14,71 respektivno).
Značajno smanjena učestalost ROSC-a tokom COVID-19 pandemije od15,21% uočena je u poređenju sa 21,55% i 31,11% pre i posle pandemije, respektivno. Godišnja incidenca preživljavanja do prijema u bolnicu na 100000 stanovnika među grupama VBSZ slučajeva pre, tokom i nakon pandemije, takođe je bila značajno različita među ovim ispitivanim vremenskim periodima (6,12; 6,54i 16,21, respektivno).
Zaključak: Registrom EuReCa_Srbija uočeno je smanjenje incidence VBSZ tokom perioda pandemije COVID-19, u poređenju sa periodima pre i nakon pandemije. Incidenca učešća svedoka u započinjanju KPR mera imala je trend porasta pre, tokom i nakon pandemije. Incidenca any ROSC, prijema u bolnicu sa spontanom cirkulacijom bila nepromenjena pre i tokom dok je povećanje uočeno u periodu nakon pandemije.
